Tarcis Ançay
Tarcis Ançay is an iconic figure in Swiss and Valais running. A former elite athlete, he notably won Sierre-Zinal and claimed several Swiss marathon champion titles.
Today, he shares his experience with runners through Tarcis Ançay Running, a Sion-based structure combining coaching, personalised training programmes and training camps for all levels.
Whether through individual coaching, group sessions or specialised camps, he supports runners in their progression, technical development, race management and overall physical preparation.
Tarcis also runs a specialist trail and running sports store, where he provides expert advice and technical equipment to optimise performance and comfort.
His passion, deep knowledge of the terrain and competitive experience make him a highly respected coach, helping you approach Sierre-Zinal in the best possible conditions.
