13. Applicable Law in Case of Dispute (art. 55)

Art. 55 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply to any dispute arising from these Rules or in connection with the Sierre-Zinal Race. The place of jurisdiction for any proceedings shall be Sierre, in the canton of Valais.
