Included for everyone:

• Live split times at all official checkpoints (automatically synced with our official timer, Datasport)
• Rankings updated in real time
• Follow any runner’s progress, even if they haven’t activated GPS tracking.

Push Notifications
Stay informed every step of the way with two types of alerts:

General Notifications (for everyone)

• Key info before and during race day (schedule, access, etc.)
• Real-time alerts for changes or emergencies

Personalized Notifications (with Live Tracking option)

• If a runner has enabled Live Tracking, their chosen followers receive updates at each checkpoint automatically.

→ Don’t forget to enable notifications when opening the app to get the most out of it.

GPS LIVE TRACKING (Participant-Only Option)
A premium feature available to participants who subscribed during registration.

What is it?
Real-time tracking of the runner’s location on the race map.

How does it work?
The runner must:

• Subscribe to the GPS Live Tracking option at registration
• Enable geolocation on their phone
• Run with their phone on race day

Who can follow the GPS tracking?
Anyone! Family, friends, and fans can view GPS progress for free in the app — but only if the runner has purchased and activated the feature.
No purchase or action is required on the spectator’s side.

If a runner hasn’t subscribed to GPS Live Tracking, no map tracking will be visible.

Usage Summary

For runners:

• Must purchase the GPS Live Tracking option during registration
• Must run with their phone and enable location sharing in the app

For spectators:

The app is free to download

You can:

• Follow all runners via their checkpoint split
• Access GPS map tracking for runners who subscribed to the option
• Receive real-time Sierre-Zinal alerts
