Maximilien Drion: 26 years old, professional Belgian-Swiss traileur and ski-mountaineer, living in the Val d'Anniviers since 2008. European trail champion in 2022. Best time at Sierre-Zinal: 2:43. 5 years' experience in sports coaching and training camp management.
Jérôme Vanderschaeghe: 34, father of two, is a Belgian trailer and ultra trailer. He has won several marathon format trails in Switzerland, France and Belgium, but his thing is longer distances. In 2022, he won the 85km Échappée Belle in France, and came 7th in the Diagonale des fous (165km/10000m+). In 2023, he won the 70km Montreux trail festival, trail du Besso and a second place on the 110km Restonica trail By UTMB (Corsica). Since winter 2019, Jérôme has been living in the Val d'Anniviers. He is a winter patroller on the Grimentz-Zinal ski area and a janitor's assistant at the Petit Mountet hut (Zinal) during the summer. His experience will enable him to advise you and he looks forward to meeting you and sharing his knowledge.
