Paul Mac Bonvin – A Swiss Rock Icon

With nearly 50 years on stage, Paul Mac Bonvin is a legendary name in French-speaking Switzerland’s music scene. Over 2,500 concerts, 14 albums, and a powerful three-octave voice that moves effortlessly from Johnny Cash vibes to Scorpions-style high notes.

His music blends rock’n’roll, hard rock, and country rock, brought to life by a tight-knit family band: three brothers, a guitarist, and now his son Nelson Bonvin – a gifted multi-instrumentalist who brings fresh energy to the group.

Known for their generous, high-energy performances, Paul and his band deliver shows that are both intense and heartfelt. Over the years, he’s shared the stage with the likes of The Cure, Téléphone, Charlie Daniels, and Albert Lee.
